flowers are happiness in your hand
A cut flower patch - a dedicated patch to grow cut flowers be it in your garden or on your balcony allows you to enjoy your own home grown blooms from late winter to late autumn.
Flowers can improve your anxiety, help with sleep, improve your memory, change your mood through colour and even make you more productive.
If you enjoy bringing the outdoors in through a handful of beautiful blooms to brighten your kitchen table or lift your dinner party. Then a cut flower patch might be just for you.
Here are my tried and tested top favourite cut flowers that I use.
